Classification by Failure Mode

The classifier now recognizes ownership (what owns, who owns), dependency (what depends on, dependency), and git operation intents (git diff, git status, what changed). All four classifier failures have been resolved.

Search Phrase Normalization Failure (B-04) – Improved

  2. how does startup flow – reads README.md instead of src/main.cpp; unchanged from baseline.

The grep fallback rate is 18%, below the 25%-reduction target.
