Palmshed operates this site as a static documentation and project index. We collect as little information as necessary to provide the services described here.
If you create an account through the sign-in page, we store a username, a salted password hash, and an optional email address. We do not store your password in plaintext. Session tokens are stored server-side and set as HttpOnly cookies.
The sign-in page uses hCaptcha to distinguish people from automated requests. hCaptcha processes data according to its own privacy policy. We receive only a verification result, not the content you solve.
If you request a password reset, we send a single email containing a reset link to the address you provided. We do not use your email for marketing.
Server logs may record request metadata such as IP address and timestamp for security and debugging. These are retained only as long as needed.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the project. We will remove it within a reasonable timeframe.
Questions about this policy can be directed to the Palmshed project maintainers via the organization's GitHub repository.
